Well, I think you know the drill by now. So let's get right into the workout.

20 bicycles
10 leg lifts
160 jumping jacks
10 leg lifts
20 jumping jacks
20 bicycles
20 crunches
Not a lot of exercise cues in this episode. But once again, they did say "Doctor" a whole lot and so there are jumping jacks a-plenty in this one. Nice way to start the new year, turning your legs to Jell-O while you work out.
